Works for me

It holds my head in a comfortable position if on my back but is a bit stiff like cardboard. If it had a thin layer of soft foam on top of the firm, it would be very comfortable. It’s not very comfortable on the ears.

The pillow is much thinner than I expected. I need to prop it up with another pillow underneath it.
