SSP Red Speed Coated 64mm MP Flat Brew Burrs

Worth the upgrade if all you drink are light roasts. Not sure it's worth it if you drink a lot of medium to dark roasts. I love them!

Fits perfectly to Q3 2021 Fellow Ode

At first I was worried the SSP MP 64mm's fit for a specific version of the Fellow Ode, which some people have said it doesn't fit the Q32021. But after trying it out I'm happy to say it fits perfectly. The grind quality is very uniform, and it can now grind as fine as I want (with some limitations). Generally for espresso it works okay as long as you don't dump the beans in all at once but feed the beans in a slow stream (a few beans at a time). Recommend for anyone who wants a little higher quality than the Ode Gen 2 burrs

Followed the instructions to install and calibrate. That put my filter grind sizes in the 9-11 top end range. Did end up loosening the calibration up further to put my filter grind sizes more in the 7-10 dial setting range. The burrs work well, very consistent grind size particles and from cup to cup. Have not attempted espresso and unlikely to, but I like the profile these burrs give to my filter coffee.
