Titanium Skillets

Really good pans but…

The pans are really nice. They heat up fast, and have a consistent surface. Only issue is can’t seem to cook scrambled eggs in them without leaving a difficult to clean mess. Everything else seems to release well from the pan.

My first meal was Sea Scallops with mushrooms. The scallops are out perfectly with even heat. Clean-up was a breeze. Looking forward to more good meals, especially eggs over easy. Like the no-coating feature.

Surprisingly non-stick

I expected this pan to be somewhat non- stick, but was surprised by how much it is in actual practice. Additionally, the pan looks good and cooks very evenly.
