Lever Clamp Barbell Collars

I was absolutely thrilled with the hold at first! It felt like the perfect match. However, on the second day of using them, one of them unexpectedly broke, leaving me a bit disappointed.

Different but I like them.

Different than what I'm used to but I like them. The Strength Co 45lbs plates are super snug so when they are paired together with these collars on deadlifts, it's all good. Using other plates with a lot of slop/slack on deadlifts, these collars will tend to slide. These are great if you have a tendency to add plates to the bar before you remove the collar. Since they don't slide off the end you can add the plates to the end of the bar, then remove the collar and reposition everying nice and snug.

Makes loading and unloading the bar much easier.
