As someone who has a garage gym I definitely didn't want to break my concrete floor. The mats are perfect. I bought the 3 and they are heavy duty. No fear of breaking my floor when I deadlift now. The are a good quality mat and arrived in a timely manner.

Super sturdy. I’m able to stand on one of the mats while deadlifting and put a combined weight(me plus weights) of about 700 pounds on the mat and it I can not notice a single bit of give. They are also space saving because I can move them out of the way when I’m done which is great for garage gym folks who don’t want to track dirt and stuff all over their deadlift surface.
