Great When It Works

Cuff is too sensitive. It takes multiple tries to get a reading without getting an error message. That can be dangerous for someone with high blood pressure who needs to know their reading to determine which medication to take. For someone experienced in dealing with high blood pressure for over 30 years, this is not the one for me. Great idea, but lacking in execution.

Over the hump

Once I was helped through a couple tricky issues with pairing/ Bluetooth, I've been using my monitor successfully -- I'm over the hump. I am quite happy with the product and customer service; and happy I scored my Pro Series monitor for a great savings on the Greater Goods site vs competitor & partner (i.e. Amazon) sites.
