Fantastic Italian Knife

Came extremely sharp. Feels like German carbon-stainless. Wood Handles are excellevnt quality full-tang. We prefer this to our Dexter-Russell by far. Plus, It's 2" wider. The angled blade is genus.

Wedding Gift

We bought this knife as a gift for friends for a wedding - two knives becoming one. I know it's not the usual use for this knife but it was perfect for our use. It was beautifully made, very sturdy, lovely wood, and metal perfect for engraving. They've said they will be putting on the wall but also that it will have double uses. :-)
