It is exactly what I wanted, except for one thing. I didn't know I was ordering from a commercial cheese making supply company. My bad. As I said, it was exactly what I wanted, just 3 or 4 times larger than I needed. I wanted a wire cutter to replace the one I finally broke. It was about 3 1/2" across and worked great as I was cutting up chunk cheese (from the grocery) for my cheese & cracker snack most every day. This arched wire cheese cutter is great. Not only does it do a great job cutting cheese but I've even used it to cut elbow macaroni coming out of my pasta extruder!
