Activated ash
Excellent product, I have been using it for several years. Produces with it Valencay and another type of cheese.

Amazing product!
This is the best activated charcoal I've come across! I make a Valencay style cheese and this ash works perfectly! It is so fine its almost powdery which allows for very even and delicate coverage of the cheese surface. I have tried others and they have all been more coarse as well as more expensive.

Haven't Used It Yet
I am waiting eagerly for my goats to start milking so I can try this. I have never had a product from this company fail yet.
