This brew tastes so good my non beer drinking wife loves it!

I have nicknamed the Pilsner Obscura Schwarzbier Extract Recipe Kit the "Dark Pilsner". It just keeps getting better as it ages in the fridge. It also reminds me of the Lowenbrau Dark beer in the keg from the 80s. I use the SafeAle S-33 yeast. You will love it!
