Defective power supply

I had hip replacement surgery Monday9/8 The machine would not come on and had to go to ice bags after spending hundreds of dollars to use the ice machine I talked with a person from CS SUPPLY and was assured that they would have a replacement power supply sent out next day service It is now Thursday and no power supply sent They have terrible customer service Will dispute with my credit card company

Great service

My surgery isn't 'til Sept., so I won't know how the Kodiac works 'til then. However, it came very fast with all of the things I had ordered. I was very pleased. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and had answers for the questions I asked him. Thank you to all that got my order ready for me.
