Can actually taste the champagne!

Pretty good. I followed the recommendation in the label to use 1% of the weight of my buttercream. It had a nice sweet and tart champagne flavor, but I could probably cut it down to 0.5% next time for something more subtle.

Absolutely wonderful in my Strawberry and Champagne Italian Meringue Buttercream covering a chocolate sponge cake. I used about .5 teaspoon to flavor my Buttercream, a little bit goes a LONG way.
