I have been shopping with Cookie Countess for several years - since I have had more time to delve back into cookie baking now that I am retired! I love this place - enjoy their tutorials, love their products and look forward to receipt of their packages in the mail that feel like a little gift to me! I love Cookie Countess and have told many others about this company!

Meringue powder is like magic!

Now I understand why meringue powder is so necessary, and this particular one seems to be of very high quality. I love how my royal icing has turned out and I would imagine that quality ingredients make a big difference. I will definitely order this again once I run low!

Favorite meringue powder

This meringue powder is truly one of the best. Love the flavor (unfortunately) and how easy it is to use. Have been using it for 4 or 5 years and don’t see myself switching anytime soon!
