I love Genie’s Dream Meringue Powder from Cookie Countess! My royal icing turns out every time! I am on so many cookie sites where people have problems with their icing. I had to use another brand one time when I fell behind and didn’t order enough ahead of time. I was so disappointed at how thin and chalky tasting my icing was without Genie’s Dream. I now order it in the 5 pound bags and make sure I never run out.
