The lemon flavor could be stronger, but the meringue is very nice.

Delicious and flavorful!

Paired this with juice and zest of one lemon in a batch of lemon meringue pie gourmet marshmallows, topped with a layer of vanilla marshmallow and it was amazing

Wasn’t sure how I would like this but it does give my sugar cookies a great lemon flavor. I did use over a tablespoon but they turned out wonderful!
