Above & Beyond

I ordered a refurbished keg. Steve called me to discuss and I explained that I got the wrong keg elsewhere and needed the pin keg instead. He let me know he had parts to switch it out and would ship to me and refund me the difference. I received the parts and they worked perfectly. He even included a chocolate taffy bar. What a treat! Always great service.
