Nice brew system

I went to the MegaPot system because I was having too many stuck sparges with my old system that used plastic coolers. The fittings have not leaked; the O-rings do their job quite well. I like being able to keep the metal tun on the burner after mash begins, and the temperature gauges are definitely an improvement. I don’t think they hold heat as well as the plastic coolers, but I am learning to control temperature better with these.
