Whole Enchilada!

I just got tired of bottling and wanted to enjoy my brew and share with my crew without the hassle. I’m new to forced carbonation and looked around the for all the equipment to get up and running. The Whole Enchilada was perfect. Exchanged the tank for a full one for $15, read the directions, put the system together, rocked the keg side to side for a count of 200, and waited for 30 minutes; my brew was already cold crashed and I had cleaned and sanitized the keg and cooled too. After that I was enjoying a few cold ones. I would definitely recommend buying this system if you’re looking to get into kegging and out of bottling 5 gallons of wort and waiting for a couple of weeks.

2.5 gallon Corny keg

Just finished filling our keg with 4.45 ABV IPA. Watched 2 videos about the regulator. We added CO2 to bleed out any air in the keg. We are using our Cool Brewing Cooler to ice down the beer. Once it is cold we will try to carbonate it by adding CO2 and moving the keg around some. After about 10 min we will see how much carbonation and foam are in the beer and hopefully drink some tonight. This has been a fun process for my son and me. My wife thinks we are cavemen. 😀 Love it!! Lee
