Absolutely Perfect!
I absolutely adore this knife, the quality is amazing! It cuts through onions with no problem, and slices steak seamlessly. The craftsmanship is readily apparent. It’s very lightweight and well balanced. There was an issue with the shipping label but that was quickly solved with easy and professional communication. I would love to have another one of these knives!
