Positive Results after Knee Surgery

This was knee surgery number seven for me and I have used a number of cold water circulation systems to minimize swelling and associated pain. I especially liked the large capacity water reservoir and this enabled me to go most of the day with one ice refill. I am very happy with the equipment and will use it again as needed. I cannot recommend a better system to reduce post surgical swelling and pain.

A believer now

With upcoming knee replacement, I had read about needing ice and saw something about Breg being a very highly rated brand. Ok, so it's an Igloo cooler converted. But the design is very good, the hose connections are tight and it works like a charm. I am so glad I bought it. I have 10 water bottles, 5 are always in the freezer, and 5 are frozen and used in the coolers. Gives 6 hours of good cooling. Exchange bottles and your good. While it lacks an "on/off" switch, I plug mine into a Smart Switch and I can either turn it on at the plug or by commanding Alexa and can set timers for when to turn on or off during the night.
