Terrible service for a great product

I have been a loyal customer of full focus for 4 years but this year I am very disappointed. Beware of ordering a subscription. They will send you the product with no warning so you can not change colors if you want. I was charged in full in November but have yet to receive my journals or even an invoice despite reaching out to their customer service several times. It is now Jan 2 and I have not been able to prepare my planner for the year ahead. I did not have a problem when I ordered other years without a subscription. Do not get a subscription for this product unless you want a lot of hassle.
