We have found a new spice for our donuts! These cardamom seeds are perfect for our cardamom sugar twist.

Truly genius spice

Have you ever spent 15 bashing open cardamom pods to get the seeds out? (I have. It is a fiddly business.) I like to keep my spices whole for better flavor, so this is the perfect way to do that while saving yourself the labor of opening the pods. The quality is dynamite, and I keep mine in a jar with a red grinder top. When I need ground cardamom, it's just twist twist twist. I also add it to loads of things that don't call for it - in my world, anything sweet can be improved with a little cardamom.
