Microgreen Pea Shoots

These Pea shoots make a great addition to flavour and variety in winter salads. Germination rate is very high in a tray of soil as described on the packet. I will almost certainly buy these again.

Easy and Delish!

I am new to microgreens, and I can't believe how easy these are to grow. But what really blew me away was the first time I harvested and tasted them-- amazing flavour compared to store bought! They will be a staple under my kitchen grow light.

Growing on the kitchen windowsill for continuous harvest since daylight saving gave the spot enough light. It saves so much plastic growing them in a sprout container instead of buying them!
