Yellow Mustard Organic

Just finished my first harvest of yellow mustard sprouting seeds. Nice slightly spicy flavour addition to my salad. Sprouted well in screened jar.

Since I basicly have zero garden space but wanted the benefits of fresh greens, I bought these seeds to use in my sprouter. They are fantastic! the tangy mustard flavor is so good in my sandwiches and salads. A little goes a long way. They really sprout good, hardly any duds.
