Quality of product and company

I've sprouted with West Coast Seeds Red Clover many times, purchased in small sizes from local feed stores and grocery stores. I decided to purchase a large supply direct from WCS. I had problems with the batch - they were not germinating well, only about 30%. I took pictures and wrote in, questioning if I may be doing something wrong. WCS helped me out with some issues that I was having with other products (operator error) but replaced this batch of Red Clover, with no problems. The new batch I received was stellar, as was the assistance and professionalism of WCS representatives.
