Three Week Microgreen Seeds

Just started my home microgreen garden

I started my micro garden with the 3 week, 2 week, and sunflower microgreen seeds. I followed the instructions using trays that drain well. They definitely grew quicker than 3 weeks... I had edible sprouts in a week and I left some to see how much larger they would grow over 3 weeks. I liked the greens the most when harvested around 12-14 days, they were not the most mature but I thought they were the tastiest. The 2 week seeds grew a tiny bit quicker and were very complimentary to the 3 week seeds. However, my family likes the sunflower greens the best! All 3 seed packets exceeded expectations.

It's ok.

Consistent germination. But no matter how thin I spread the mix, I can't really get any other of the varieties to grow. They are always crowded out by the one dominate sprout. In the first week, I see amaranth starting up, but they end up not surviving by week 2 &3.
