I planted these seeds for the first time, indoors using a grow light, in the early spring as my raised beds outside are covered in 2 feet of snow. The plants grew well and quickly. We enjoyed Baby Bok Choy for supper the other night. Having fresh greens at this time of year is a rare treat. I'm sad that the seeds appear to be sold out already as I am interested in purchasing more.

Pac Choi
these are lovely seeds, great germination rate of 100% sown in the hoop garden late March (zone 5) Every seed has come up and I'm looking forward to eating some in a few weeks

Tasty little green
It took about 50 days to mature, but then we did have a cold spring so I think it was little slow to start. It is very tasty and would recommend this seed.
