Delicious in a stir fry, Tah Tsai
Called Chinese mustard, it’s name suggests heat or spiciness, but my 10-12 “ plants grew swiftly in April, so that we we using this green in our stir fries for 3 weeks. Light, crispy, delicious. Very easy to grow.
