Easy to grow and delicious
Have never tried Asian greens and so glad I did. Haven't tried cooking it since I only use it fresh in salads. I cut the plant at about an inch from the soil line and it grew back very quickly. Very mild flavour and an excellent green for salads.

A Cool Crop Keeper
Each seed sprouted that I planted back in July. I have been harvesting since August-Sept and continue to do so into October. They are delicious sauteed in ghee and garlic. They also do well blanched and stored in freezer.
