I made half with cheddar and the other half with ghost pepper cheese. It’s absolutely wonderful as I knew it would be. I’ve never ordered anything from PS Seasoning that didn’t taste great.

Every Year Use

This is the second year we used the sausage kits. I use to mix my own spices from scratch. The kits make sausage making so much more easy. In the future I will continue using the kits for my venison sausage.

Smoked Polish Sausage Kit

My friends and family love the polish I make with this kit. Great for just pork or mixed with game meat. I have made both venison and wild boar polish and were excellent.
