Real Champagne Taste!
I loved this compound. I used it to make a raspberry champagne cake and it tasted amazing. A little goes a long way. I used it in the cake batter and in simple syrup to soak the cake. Fantastic celebration type flavour!

Champagne Dreams!
I made macarons with champagne and passion fruit flavored fillings… using Amoretti’s flavorings. They were AMAZING!
