For ice cream

I started ordering from Amoretti because I could never find the ice cream flavor I wanted. So now I make ice cream. It has been a journey and Amoretti has been with me since the beginning. I love cherry ice cream, and this one does not disappoint. HOWEVER, be careful, a little bit goes a LONG WAY. For my 2 quarts of ice cream mix (pre-frozen) I use 1/8 tsp and that's PLENTY. (I learned the hard way) But the flavor is outstanding! My next variation will be the black cherry. Can't wait! 👍
