Rose Compound for a Marie Antoinette inspired party

My cient was throwing a Marie Antoinette inspired party and wanted a Lambeth style cake with a Rose flavor. This was perfect. I followed the percentage instructions and also used the compound in the simple syrup I used on the cake. My client loved it! It wasn’t too powerful (which is tricky with Rose), but had the beautiful fragrant tones that pared so well with a vintage Lambeth cake. Love everything Amoretti!

Wonderful flavor, easy to use
