Almost strong enough.
Used it for baking, and at 5% it did give a nice tropical fruity note, but it was not quite strong enough to make a specifically passion-fruit cake. When you get it tuned in, it has a nice acidic passion flavor to it.
Overall, good, but adjust your recipes as necessary.
