PIZZA CRUST MIX

Good option when time is limited.

The texture definitely isn't as good as when I make pizza crust without a mix, but this is a quick and easy option when time is tight since it only needs about 15 minutes to rise.

We started making our own home made pizzas a number of years ago. Originally we found the Weisenberger mix in our local grocery store and really liked it. When our local grocery store stopped selling it we tried some other mixes. But none of them compared, so we started ordering directly from Weisenberger. It's the best!

Wonderful Crust!

We made one of the best pizzas of my life the other night with this crust mix. I mixed it up and allowed it to rest for an hour and it pressed smoothly into an iron skillet and it baked up beautifully. We loved it!
