I only buy my cornmeal from Weisenberger! I buy the unbolted yellow and the unbolted white & mix them together to create a perfect blend for me!

The corn meal is like what my Mother used to bake cornbread when I grew up. Made my first batch yesterday and it came out excellent. Order came in good time. I will purchase from you again. Jim

Finally an unbolted corn meal that makes cornbread the way we like it. Too many times the cornmeal was like corn flour. This is course, the way we like it.
