Great fermentation and taste
I decided to try a loaf that used just this flour rather than blending white and whole wheat flours myself. I love seeing the flakes of bran in the flour! The dough rose quickly and smelled slightly stronger than I usually notice. It also smelled so good coming out of the oven I wanted to eat it right away.

Flavor and consistency
Love this flour for a great Irish Soda Bread! Wholesome flavor with a consistency that isn't as stodgy or heavy as other whole wheat flours I've used. Great toasted smells and slightly sweet flavors perfect for a fantastic loaf. Nothing like KY flour from Weisenberger!

Love this flour blend
I love this flour blend. I use it to make sour dough bread and it is delicious and healthy & produces a nice rise. I have been looking for a flour like this for a long time. I will be ordering more in the future
