the germ is very finely milled, the bran a bit coarse if you compare it to national brand whole grain. the flavor is very good and this flour is an excellent value, getting you locally grown products that you know are fresh.

Wonderful Taste

Soft Whole Wheat Flour
Excellent for pastries, banana bread and the like. I also use 1 part to 2parts hard whole wheat flour and 2 parts bread flour for my home made bread and it is amazing.
