Excellent job working with a problematic customer.
This is not my first Encore guard. However, it's the first time I have been such a nut case with my order. :-) In spite of their excellent instructions, I did everything wrong, but in spite of my errors they managed to deliver a perfect product. Excellent fit and so comfortable that I forgot I was still wearing it until I went to breakfast. Wonderful customer support. Thank you Encore!

Love this retainer!
The process was super simple, and the retainer/guard is exactly what I needed. I looked into getting one through my insurance and it would have been twice as expensive, and much bulkier than what I actually needed and wanted.

The retainer and hard guards feel AMAZING! My molding came back that the impression I made in it wasnt 100% full. So they gave me the option to send another kit for free or to guess it by hand and finish the molding where I missed. They did a beautiful job. Thank you so much! 🙏🏼
