I've been wearing a retainer at night for almost 35 years. My teeth still shift a bit, and with stress, I tend to grind my teeth rather aggressively while sleeping. I The process with enCore Guards is straightforward and the folks on the other end of the computer determining whether or not the impressions are good are helpful and professional. The price is excellent, too. When I eventually chew through the two guards that I purchased, I'll choose enCore Guards again. Although I'm hopeful that it will be several years before that happens.
