Imperfection on tongue bar

I sent an email to customer service about this. There is a bump of plastic in the tongue bar that is wearing my skin off. If not for that I would give it 5 stars. I would like to exchange it. It is very uncomfortable.

Does the Bare Minimum

It does what it says it will do. However, when it says it will shrink in the first 24 hours, that's no joke. It fit very well when I molded it. Now, it's too small. Every time I wear it, I wake up feeling like someone kicked me in the teeth and placed clamps on all my molars. But hey, I'm not snoring, so, there's that.
