We were kept very aware of where and when our order would be delivered. It came frozen. When we thawed them they were in excellent condition. Used a Spicy Mustard and chopped Garlic Marinade, and grilled over very hot Charcoal, to medium rare. Melted in our mouth delicious. We will not hesitate to reorder in the future. Thank you for the excellent chow!!!!!
