I drank this at three weeks fermentation and felt it was sweet. At four weeks it was perfect! The extra ingredients and fermentation made this the hardiest beer of the kits and helped fill in some of the gaps I experienced in some of my previous brews. No nocking my previous brews. All the CaB kits have been great! I'll definitely be brewing Dubbel again.

brewed and bottled

I Bottled this Dubbel on Saturday after allowing it ferment for 4 weeks. I have a 1 Gal carboy however I got 11 bottles. ABV came in at 6.25%. It tasted good. I'll know more in 5 to 6 weeks.

So much fun doing these 1 gallon kits. Beer turned out excellent. Fat Friar and the NEIPA were great as well.
