The texture and flavor of these is insane. I have been AIP baking for years and I feel like after a while everything starts tasting the same. Then these came along. Just the flavor I needed, chewy, but not like what usually happens with my arrowroot or tapioca flour cookies. Like REAL cookies. So good. Sooooo gooooood. I don’t even care that they are pretty pricey… worth every penny.
