Perfect for a home gym!

This mat was exactly what we needed to complete our home gym! It's very high-quality, the perfect size for cardio and strength training, and easy to sweep off and wipe down to keep it clean as needed. We do pretty intensive workouts on this mat and I'm not worried at all that it can't handle it.

I am absolutely very excited about this mat! I have been wanting one for a while and finally got one. Shipping was super fast! This mat is not only extra thick it is big and wide. Perfect for my yoga and weight lifting sessions. So roomy, I even used it for my kickboxing practice. I own several other pogamat products and they all have lasted for many years. Super pleased all around.

Why didn't I get this sooner?!

Replaces my yoga mat, foam puzzle pieces, and thick mat for jumping. Holds up to quickly and easily packing up and moving for portable daily use. Grippy and easy to clean. I highly recommend this mat for any workout!
