8' x 4' x 1/4" Large Exercise Mat - (32 Square Feet)

Awesome cardio mat!

I was looking for something to protect my carpet and protect me as my shoes would occasionally catch on my carpet. I ordered my Pogamat after talking to someone who has had theirs for several years and have not been disappointed. It does everything I need and I huge! I wouldn't mind having a 6'×8' option but my 4'×8' works for me. My wife and I both can workout at the same time on most programs as long as their isn't a lot of side to side. I highly recommend this brand if you're considering buying a mat.

For home workouts

I use this one under a yoga-size pogamat to spare my wrists in yoga practice, and to do other workouts on to spare the carpet. My only problem, hence the four stars, is that I have carpeting throughout my home and wish there was a way to keep the mat from sliding. Otherwise, it’s fine.

POGAMAT SAVES MY FEET

Covid times has created all exercise via zoom. My tile floor was creating issues with my feet with impact exercise. The large Pogamat saved my feet and now I can enjoy movement again. Excellent product. Highly recommend for creating indoor space that supports your body.
