Never hung ribs before until getting the Hunsaker Drums with the rib hangers. They work awesome. I suggest you get extra hangers if you order a Drum because you can more than 6 racks.

Hunsaker’s rib hanger is an excellent addition to my drum smoking endeavors. The high quality that goes into all of their products shows in this rib hanger as well. I like the versatility of being able to use the top piece or not, depending on how many racks are being smoked and how you want to place them. With a couple of grates I can only cook 6 racks at once, but with the hanger I’ve done 12 without any problems. No burning or crisping of the edges closest to the fire. Another great product from Hunsaker!
