Chorizo Rub

I am a huge fan of chorizo. This stuff changed my game. I have yet to make actual chorizo with it, but I have used it to make chili gravy for enchiladas. Today I used it as a rub for some smoked chicken which will be shredded for enchiladas with green sauce. I have no doubt they will be excellent. I will be ordering more soon.

Chorizo state of mind

Love that Chud’s Chorizo mix. Made excellent sausage. Outstanding scrambled eggs. If you truly want a transformative experience cook some up with the Corn Mafia Longhouse’s Fat Red Hominy. Don’t just take my word for it.

Fantastic

I decided to give the chorizo a try, and I am quite glad I did. Incredibly flavorful and now it’s my go to for sausage patties and eggs for breakfast (although the breakfast sausage mix is also incredibly good. You just can’t go wrong).
