This brings so much more flexibility to cooking on the Giant Huntsman. The ability to create multiple cooking zones with both indirect and direct heat as well as the flexibility to be right on top of the charcoal versus a few inches up has given me great results for both reverse seared burgers, steak and flame finished chicken wings.
