There was a lot of ice in with the crab claws

Not the best.

I purchased 20lbs for a surf and turf Christmas dinner for 10 (warmed 15lbs). I found this order to be quite dry, stringy, and small, most clusters had legs missing and or broken. Ive prepared and eaten crab for decades and this batch had that "almost aged out" taste they get after a while. I understand the crabbing industry has gone through its trials the past few years so maybe thats just what we get currently, but I was unimpressed with the product this time around. That said, we did eat it and dinner went ok, but no one was raving about the crab by any means. Delivery was impressively quick.
